Our pizzas can be made vegan by ordering without cheese. Our dough is vegan—made solely with flour, yeast, and sea salt. Our servers can suggest other menu options for you at the time of dining.
-
Our pizzas are not gluten-free; however, we have gluten-free pasta options available. Our servers can suggest other menu options for you at the time of dining.
-

DOP extra virgin olive oil used to finish pizzas
-
We strive to adhere to the most authentic ingredients Napoli has used for decades. Chicken is not traditionally used in Napoli.
-
Pizza Napoletana is loved for its simple and satiating flavours - use your crust to “mop” up (“fare la scarpetta” in Italian) any pomodoro left on the plate! We also offer our infamous chili oil as an option. Dips are not offered in Napoli and we follow those very traditions as well.
-
In the case of an allergy, we will advise our guests how to best meet their needs. However, our recipes are not only traditional, but have been carefully thought out for the best combination of flavours. Adding too many ingredients in a “fully loaded” fashion can compromise the integrity of the dough during the cooking process.
Takeout & Ordering
-
You may place an order in person at our take out window on St. John’s Street, online through our website or by using your Uber Eats account. Regrettably, we are not able to accept phone orders.
-
Pizza Napoletana is best enjoyed by cutting it right before eating. We do not precut our pizzas for tak out so that their integrity is not compromised. However, let us know if you require cutlery for your takeout order.
-
We will provide our specially imported pizza scissors to do the cutting. Napoli has taught us the best way: cut in 4 and fold your slice like a taco.
-
Pizza Napoletana is hand-stretched and cooked for 90 seconds in a 900 degree wood-burning oven. It’s known for two unique features —an airy “cornicione” (crust) with a good crisp, but a thin, soft centre. It is normal for your slice to have a floppy look to it.
-
Our pizzas are cooked in a 900-degree wood-burning oven. The dark spots on the crust—called “leoparding”—are the result of cooking at high temperatures. Air pockets in the dough naturally blister and char.
