We are first generation Canadians, with deep roots in southern Italy.
Spacca was born in our backyards, making pizza for family and friends feeding our deep passion for doing things that are true to our Italian culture. As kids, we ate Nutella sandwiches in grade school, we weren’t allowed to swim until an hour after eating, and yes we ate a lot of pizza and pasta.
Our goal is to make authentic ‘Pizza Napoletana’ without compromise. Driven by tradition, we don’t cut any corners.
We use the best imported Italian products, Italian tools and Italian people.
Since 2016, we have strived to make Spacca like Napoli.
